    Meal deal

The main reason I'm giving this a four star is because of the daily meal deal of $6.50. As a backpacker, this was luxurious. Other than that though, the staff were rude and unhelpful and the quality of the rooms were rather poor. The location is great and the atmosphere is the evening is good also, with nightly entertainment or live singers and bands.

I loved my stay at beaches. You get a 50% off meal deal voucher which is great value and the rooms all have en-suite bathrooms!

Hostel not great....cold, old, and just needs a refurbishment
Nightlife bit tame....i think you do need to be here when the boats come in
Whitsundays trip on cameria boat bit disappointing
