Writing catch up in the rain....

... first few weeks in Bali and antics like the cow burglar episode! My, we are more chilled out now than when we began with sanitisation issues left, right and centre and ditches to negotiate. Ooooh our future adventure planning is getting exciting chatter - a van, a tent, us And Europe...... We spent yesterday walking in Dorrigo national park through the rainforest. It was beautiful and proper bush tucker trekking and adventuring with a leech attaching itself to Mikes foot which ...

Saturday 5th began with another potential lie in ruined, as I went down to ...

Tomorrow, with rain predicted, we head north towards Byron Bay. Not sure how far we will get or where we will stay as we have been warned that holiday parks will get busier as we near Queensland and the Gold Coast.

Up the moutain

... end of summer sales, so we went a bit crazy. After spending all day together, what better way to end the day than a slumber party!? We picked up some wine, which is super cheap here (we got 6 bottles for under $20) and headed up the mountain to angs house. She lives in a town called Ulong and its about 20 minutes about a mountain. The drive up is a winding road which was really pretty but left me feeling pretty sick after. We spent the evening drinking wine and ...
