... by and I arrived in Barcelona at 6pm. It was perfect timing to get to my hostel, get settled into the dorm lifestyle again, and then get out into the city. Of course, I was already here for my birthday last year, so I didn’t feel the need to get out and see loads of stuff, but it’s a nice city to walk around.

She was super eager to practice her English with us, and since Mary Hunter doesn't speak much Spanish, I conceded to speaking mostly English in today's shadowing experience. As my final weekend here begins to come to an end, I'm looking back on all my time here, and I can honestly say that though it's been a struggle, and though I've had more trouble than I thought I would, I will always remember this trip as being the best opportunity I could take advantage of this summer. It's been such a blast, and I look forward to my final week ahead in Gynecology. Hopefully my sun burns don't peel too much and I can come home with a nice tan!
