... Once sat aboard the second coach we carefully watched out of the window to check all our bags were also transferred.
A two hour flight delay at Heathrow before, at last, we were off. Because we hadn't thought to check in on-line early enough we had to sit separately, one behind the other, for the 12 hour flight - so that was a lesson learnt.

Good evening lovely people, We checked out of our hotel this morning, and dropped our bags at the place we were supposed to be getting the bus from tonight, and went and got some breakfast. We were asked if we wanted a tuk tuk by a man, who we recognised, he was the one who had given us the tour around Bangkok last time! And he was nice so we decided to hop in, like all tuk tuk drivers they get a free gas stamp if they take you to certain places, so last ...

... curtains were closed. The place was stacked with high quality genuine fake. I got Alice a perfect Mulberry bag as a present. Really nice. In the evening the guide took us to a Thai restaurant where we had a great meal. For three persons I paid about 18 euros. Including a large tip. Tomorrow no Buddhist places but a rather large drive. We have to be ready at eight. Yes. That's three in the morning CET. All in all a marvelous day. Thanks for reading ...

Second Day into our travels started with waking up at 5 in the morning. Hitting breakfast for 6 before getting picked up by the agency for our day trip at 6:30. Firstly we had to go to 3 different hotels picking up others that had also booked onto the day trip . Once that was done after about an hour we then had time to have a kip as it was an hour and 20 mins drive to floating markets. ... and then to go to one of the large malls and cinema instead. Oh my god, the malls in Bangkok are the best!! We go to Siam Paragon which is a huge posh mall with designer shops, Rolls Royce and Maserati showrooms, a huge food court, bowling and about 10 cinema screens, I love it.
