It's been such a busy weekend but I have done and seen some amazing things... Two of the girls and I left the house bright and early on Saturday morning to start our day sightseeing. We went on the skytrain, which took us to the Saphan Taksin Central Pier, where we boarded a tourist boat, which took us along Chao Phraya river. For a full day pass it only cost us 150 baht (£2.90)! So, it's my second week in Chiangmai . Next week looks like it might be busy with Jay possibly coming up here from Bangkok and Kath and Bob arriving from London and Louise (who I met through a mutual friend in blue-ginger) also coming up from Bangkok. ... Its a park in the centre of Bangkok which was recommend by trip advisor. So I thought why not take a look :) I was pleased I did, it very pretty.
Filled with people having picnics and exercising ( they have small gyms inside the park and people are running laps around the lakes) I couldn't believe it when I saw the monitor lizards, now that was a real treat and a big surprise ... whoop whoop! ...
