It was clean, the beds were not nearly as uncomfortable as others and the bathroom came with the customary bidet. There were only two downsides to the place: 1) The hotel has not been updated since the early 1980s, but not really a big problem and 2) Since it is winter in Korea, the heat has to be set to at least 35 degrees and of course, the thermostat was ...

First up, the Griffith Observatory, with incredible views of the city. Then we headed to Hollywood Blvd (star walk), the Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, a quick drive along the coast (Venice Beach) and then it was back to the airport.....RDU here we come -- last entry, see you at home!

At 7:30 am I decided to go down in the elevator to the platform and find out ...
