Z hotelem jsme byli spokojeni.

But both intuition and experience tell us that it isn't.
... till 1 in the morning. Wasting our stay at our very expensive hotel that we paid for.
My sister decided to return home because of her injuries and Julio the tour operator did not even hace the decency check on us, asking if she was alright in fact he would not return our emails.
I arrived in ica for the next part and was picked up by a taxi driver. No tour operator I guess he was off doing another tour, so I ...
Today was a late start as we are still recovering from our weird lack of sleep patterns. We headed to the supermarket to get food and indulge in a cheeky Starbucks coffee. The supermarket here is massive and it feels a lot more like being at home. We recognise products and they even had milo!!! We bought our necessary items and headed home. Unfortunately, Jess has managed to come down with all the symptoms relating to the malaria tablets and we have searched for a pharmacy ...
... has been set!
So that's Day 1 in a nutshell (and the day's not even over!). Tomorrow, I take an 8 hour bus ride north to the Andean adventure town of Huaraz where I will surround myself, and subsequently geek out like crazy, with mountains, rock climbing, and anything else Nature throws my way. I'll update again in the next few days once the bus and altitude sickness wear off. Thanks for reading!
