We had some lunch at a nearby restaurant. ... paper work to prove we were flying from CDG to Prague at 8.40am on the 27th June. He could see that but he shrugged his shoulders and basically said, "tell someone who cares and stop wasting my time". He sent us around the corner to the Smartwings Desk and we found a lady there and she repeated what he said. " no such flight today".
We were absolutely blown away and couldn't believe it. She said to go across to Terminal 2. We would need to buy brand new tickets ...
