The wind is up this morning and it is chilly so snorkelling is out of the question but we decide to go and have a look at a few of the beaches anyway. Rose Bay and queens beach are certainly nicer than where were staying. It is only a 2 hour drive to Townsville so we have plenty of time to get there.
