    ... beeps and we were informed that they had to restart the locomotive. It didn't end up working so we switched to another ICE train to Mannheim along with everyone else after a 25 minute delay.

    Thankfully we didn't have to stand too long and managed to get a seat. I just don't know why the Deutsche Bahn is so bad at running ICE trains. Faced with a 40 minute wait to make a complaint, we decided to head home instead, which thankfully was without delay!

    ... the huge newspaper buildings. Hamburg is home to many of Germany's top newspapers including Der Spiegel (The Mirror) and Die Zeit (The Times).     ... 2 bags, which obviously I wasn't aloud to do. The checkin guy suggested we go wrap the 2 bags together with the glad wrap machine, and it was only €7 so that was cheap! We then rushed back to the same guy to ensure he would allow us to check it in! Which thankfully he did! We packed everything and were finally done at about 11.30pm! Still with my backpack unpacked.
