... recommended but it was about 45 mins walk, it was hard going as it snowed all the way and I was cold again, when I got there the area was nice, just an old shopping area with nice little coffee shops and shops selling local produce and crafts, I didn't hang about as the weather was awful so headed back to the hotel and collected my bag. It was now only 3.00pm and my flight didn't leave till 8.00pm, I was at a loose end so decided to head to the airport where at least ...

... and a party with snowboards and skies obviously heading out on a cold break in the snow. I used the on line check in again on this trip and printed off my boarding pass before I left as I didn't take any luggage apart from my back pack, I only need essentials for a short trip like this, it's so much quicker as there is no queuing until your hand luggage is checked and that's a very quick proses too. I even had time for an early morning coffee ...

Today, we had a typical Fischbr÷tchen breakfast at the fish market, followed by a lush second breakfast at Anne's and joined by some of her friends. Then we set out to explore the City together, had some ice cream, a boat ride and listened to a small concert in the evening breeze. Now we're back home, had a good dinner and will soon venture to infamous Reeperbahn. Hope that it's not empty there although it's a Sunday but chances are good that nobody cares what weekday it is ...
