Kuala Lumper is a shoppers dream come true. It has the biggest malls I have ever seen. When I say big, I mean more than 10 stories tall. The one directly across from my hostel was about 8 times the size of St. Matthews Mall in Louisville. It also had the world's largest indoor amusement park along with a massive arcade, twenty lane bowling alley...

In the morning of july 2nd, we left with the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 747, named Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Lumpur, our first stop on the journey to Indonesia. Because of time zones, we stayed the night in the plane.

Off to KL by bus......just like flying business class....lovely bus ride except having to get off at border crossing....about 5 hours in total......lots plam oil plantations on way......Petronas Towers what a sight to see.....Entrapment ala Sean Connery........lovely city.......pitty airport so far away.....caught plane back to Singapore for 30 ...

wow - now this is what I call a toilet, and a cleaner permantley mopping up the dribbles who would have thought all this way to a so called third world country and the toilet is amongst the finest I have ever seen then the airport is brand new - fantastic place I love it already

Well decided to go on a trip. So we woke up really early and drove to KL. For food and hopefully some good shopping deals. Donavan, McKayla, myself, Michel, and Raman all got in Michel's car and ventured on the 4+ hour journey. Ate lots of food. Scorched in the smoggy humidity, but overall set out what we wanted food and shopping.

After a restful night with a phantom toilet which let us hear everyones toilet experiences throughout the night, we headed off with two other couples to a tea plantation, setup by a Scotsman and apparently the highest in Malaysia at 2000m. I cant verify whether these facts are correct or not as our tour guide / minibus driver was more interested...
