They scheduled all my busses and excursions. Same price as the actual companies but easy to pay all at once. I had to change things on the go and they handled that no problem with an email. Cool staff. Great vibe. Clean and cosy. Close to down town. Great view of the lake and town.

Very welcoming, with good Internet and underfloor heating! Breakfast is great and there is a well equipped kitchen for all other meals. The restaurant around the corner does amazing lamb dishes. When in Patagonia!

Loved this hostel - up there with some of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Friendly, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers, helpful staff, beautifully heated, close enough to town, great views from room and common areas!

Really beautiful, lofty but natural place. Professional crew, clean rooms and sanitary. A bit more expensive than other hostels in town & a bit furtther away, but it's worth it. Enjoy!

We turned up with no booking and was kindly given the loft to sleep for the first night. This hostel is a little walk from town, but its warm, and they have a great all you can eat bbq for 70 pesos. There is a beautiful view at sunset, perfect with wine and cheese, the wooden framing gave it a country feel and the staff were extremely friendly, It felt like a home, not a hostel...

We flew from Buenos Aires to El Calafate in Patagonia. We wanted to head south to Patagonia before the end of March as this is when the season ends and the weather turns cold for winter!

The main attraction in El Calafate is the Perito Moreno glaciar in Parque Nacional Los Glaciares.

The glaciar was incredible. It is up to 80 …

On Monday we took off for the glacier-the main reason we flew down south to El Calefate.
We were told it was defo worth the trip down as the glacier was supposedly meant to be unreal.
We stopped on route to take pics of Lago Argentina which is in El Calefate and a lake you can skate on. Once we reached the park we paid the usual park …

So we got our flight on Sunday to El Calefate. Not only do I hate flying for the way it knocks me out and makes me feel like **** but now I realise that I am actually a bit panicky getting on a flight - its horrible. All I can do is put in ear plugs and try and sleep through it. The flight was 1 hour 45 mins and was pretty empty - I guess the price …

I headed to El Calafate to meet Jack, Jack and Matt and then head to Puerto Natales to get ready for the immense trek! I spent the day chilling out with Daphney which was nice and chilled and my intention was to come back to El Calafate after the walk.
