          ... Queenstown after. Milford sounds is around 5 hour drive from Queenstown and is touted as one of the most impressive drives in New Zealand. We looked into doing some diving there as there was one company who did do diving trips in Milford sounds however it turned out we was a week to late and they had shut down for the season so it was back to the drawing board.           ... end of every post, but seriously I can't believe how fast the time is going by...I'm going to be home before I know it! One week left in NZ and just 4 weeks until I'm back in the States!! Also, this week I will probably be posting more frequently because after my two nights in Christchurch I'm going to be in a different place every night, and I like to make sure they get recorded to my blog map :) So even if it's short, I hope I can write something from each new place.

We walked down the short but steep road to the Queenstown Gardens, which occupy a little promontory covered in huge pines around the edges and lawns for frisbee golf up higher.
