    ... She gave us some forms and told us to go to one of their baggage shops to get it repaired or replaced but we were pretty sure we wouldn't be able to get another bag as nice as that one from any old baggage shop.

    ... in t-shirt and shorts and everyone else is in jackets and jeans, etc, or could be because my t-shirt says “I shaved my ball for this?” lol. There is no special treatment for passengers here – we have to get a shuttle bus to the plane, no driving it up to the gate for boarding. Also the PA system must be on the blink because this chick has been calling out destinations for ages, sick of her.
