We stayed in Absolute Backpackers for 3 nights in Dec, as soon as you walk in you can see how clean and well kept the hostel is. It has a large communal kitchen area, communal lounge with TV and dvd player, shared bathroom facilities and a nice pool area. There is a bar and super market just across the road. If you a looking for a couple of days to relax in the sun this is the place to stay. There isnt much to do activity wise in Mission Beach unless you have planned to skydive or do white water rafting here. All in all a really good hostel and would definately recommend!
