... out feeding around the outside tables. We had restaurant meals made from local produce; I had a tomato and feta (called fettles so as it is made locally and not from Greece?) and seared scallops and pork belly. Stopping at the local pub at the end of the road on the way home we enjoyed a 'liqueur coffee', Cheryl had dessert and we patted the local dogs who had come to the watering hole. The Captain Cook Museum is not quite so strange but is nevertheless worth a visit! James Cook lodged here whilst an apprentice seaman. Original drawings from various exploratory journeys around the world show partially mapped and differently interpreted coastlines.
