A day in Bulgaria
We awoke this morning in Nessebur Bulgaria to cloudy sky's and a choppy sea which was a shame but not unexpected. After a quick breakfast we headed for the tender as we had to go ashore via this method. As it was so windy and choppy the tenders were running slower than normal but it wasn't a very long wait. When we did get on it , it was indeed choppy but to be honest rather fun.

Had an amazing 7 nights in Nessebar. Trained during the day with Alexander & darko, spent afternoons on the beach and evenings gazing the Black Sea from georgi's back garden on the hill, nights spent drinking beer and rakija with maco salads, walking the town and drinking out in sunny beach. Day 27, Aug 8 (168km) - Sympathy for the Devil
... are the times when you feel you can't handle it and could easily just hop on a bus and end this damn journey. If I hadn't used all my water up from sweating in the heat and climbing mountains I think I would have spontaneously began crying. I have done this sort of thing before and I knew I just had to calm done, rehydrate and rest and get back on the bike in the mourning.
