... church, named St Coleman's Church, and it was quite a hike. The church was beautiful inside and out. We next strolled around the town and met some quirky old Irish men. One actually turned out to be the assistant mayor. He ran over to the little general store to get a brochure with his picture in it just to prove it to us. We browsed some of the shops and then decided to head back to Kinsale for the night.

... the doors didn't seem to be open. There was a little cemetery outside the church we looked at and then saw some other tourists enter, so we followed. It was very ornate inside and definitely worth a look.
Our next stop was the town of Kinsale, where we would be staying overnight. This town was situated right beside the harbor which our hotel room overlooked. We spent the evening strolling around the streets of the town and then grabbing a quick dinner.

... other side. To top it all off, Brian's house cannot be reached by car. The last 100 feet are down a hill. One of the perks or oddities depending on your viewpoint, is that he was able to name his house and that became the address. No house number. Just the name "Calliope". Fun. Brian's house was great. The view is unbelievable. From his deck you can gaze out to the ocean and to the other side of the inlet where a lighthouse and old medieval walls still stand ...

... allée prendre plein de photos sur la plage avec Jamie, un dude qui ne travaille pas à Trabolgan et que j'ai rencontré au party. J'ai fini par aller me baigner (eh oui, à 7 ou 8h du mat!). En tout cas, je peux vous dire que l'eau était GLACÉE!!! Je suis pas restée longtemps! On a quitté le parking vers 10h je crois. On est allé jusqu'à Cork pour manger et magasiner. Je me suis achetée des t-shirts (j'avais besoin d'un t-shirt, le mien était mouillé à cause de ma baignade ...

... oublié de vous dire hier que j'ai aidé un autiste de 13 ans à glisser. Sa mère m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas encore appris à se pousser pour avancer lol. J'ai discuté avec elle un peu de mon frère. Ensuite, j'ai parlé de ça à Kyrstie. J'ai appris qu'elle a un cousin autiste! Elle m'a parlé d'un livre avec un personnage autiste, "I know it had something to do with a dog". Je lui ai dit que je l'ai lu... en français! Elle avait l'air surprise que le livre existe aussi en français lol. C ...

... Roy de lui expliquer sa paye qu'en Irlande, certaines compagnies adaptent TOUT pour les étudiants... MÊME LES SALAIRES! Mais Dédé aurait aimé être mise au courant AVANT d'accepter la job! Parce que si Dédé avait su qu'elle se ferait payer €6.64 de l'heure au lieu de €8.30 (en fait, sur Internet je suis pas mal sûre que ça disait €8.50, mais on m'a dit que le salaire que je devrais normalement recevoir est de €8.30), eh bien elle aurait continuer ses recherches et ...

... il m'a laissé à Midleton pour explorer pendant environ 1h et lui est allé à Midleton. Je me suis perdue, mais j'ai fini par retrouver le lieu de rencontre environ 10 minutes après l'heure de rencontre. Bon, je suis pas sûre que je vais m'entendre super bien avec ma room mate, mais c'est pas trop grave. Quand je suis retournée à ma chambre pendant mon break de 30 minutes pour mettre mes verres de contact et mettre mes lunettes de soleil, elle était ...

We stopped for lunch at a tiny sandwich shop in the shadows of the Kilkenny Castle. The place was so small that my three road trip-mates and myself couldn't all fit in to the room to order our food at the same time. ... a health-nut/granola-eater restaurant that catered to non-wheat-eaters like me, so I got to have a vegetarian entree and for dessert an apple/raisin/walnut flan. Yummy! After supper I meandered back to the centre of town and got waylaid by a movie theatre (called a cinema in Ireland) that was showing Finding Neverland. I felt like going out and doing something that evening, but hadn't been able to find the tourist office that had the "What's On" guide, so short of live ...
