Back towards the sunshine and the great outdoors
The first long bus journey actually wasn't that bad at all. It was long, but not too difficult. I guess the trick is making sure that you time it well enough to get a full night’s sleep in, as well as reaching the destination fairly early in the day so that you can lose as little daytime as possible.

Loving the long distance bus rides by now 22 hours to Bariloche! But at least on tho one we got meals, wine and a nightcap!
Bariloche is like and Argentinian Austria or Switzerland Log cabins and chocolate shops galore with some pretty fantastic scenery to match.

Uber Cows and Wild Turkeys
Arrived in Bariloche after a 28hr bus journey. The service wasn't very good on the bus as they only gave us one meal of spam with eggs, potato and custard as a pudding. The entertainment guy gave a very big speech at the beginning of the journey where the only thing we managed to gather was that we could go 'pee pee' on the bus, but no 'poo poo'. …
Mooching and a cycle ride
Hmmm, the last few days have consisted of recovering from hangovers, lazing and getting drunk again.
There really isn't much more to say than that really. I guess we all needed a break from the whole tourism travelling thing where you pay for excursions daily. Bariloche was the first real time we had been out partying since Buenos Aires, …

We really enjoyed our stay at 1004 Penthouse. The weather was aweful but the lounge and rooms in the hostel offered spectaculat views. Friendly staff, great kitchen and very convenient location
