Our last day spent in LA had to include Universal Studios. Film and rides combined together, only fun could be enjoyed. After entering the park we were greeted by many friendly familiar faces including Shrek, crazy donkey and The Simpsons. We went on the various rides. It was fantastic day! We began our day with a 4D screen performance of Shrek where we sat on moveable chairs, sprayed with water and given much reason to laugh as we followed Shrek and the gang on ...

... our room (there were patio tables set up) and watched fireworks for - I'm not sure, somewhere between 5 and 10 min. Awesome show - they even had Mickey Mouse shaped fireworks...and happy faces! Me out there in my bare Was hoping they would have a show the next night, but no such luck...maybe because of the rain or maybe they only do them a few nights a week. Well, anyways, that was our excitement and a great way to end a busy day...and get ready for Disneyland!
