        ... The bartender was such a chatterbox we must have spent over an hour there chatting away with him. He was super sociable as he kept introducing us to other people at the bar keeping the conversation going :D\the man has a gift though i'm told this is the way it is in the US....Looking forward to seeing and experiencing more of it!!         ... my phone back on, I found out that the Adelaide Crows coach- Phillip Hughes had been murdered by his son. So while I was wandering around the airport reading about this, I lost track of time and realised I had 20 mins to get to my gate before boarding! The airport is friggen Huge!!!! 13 hour flight Hong Kong to LA was horrible, couldn't sleep at all and was so confused with the time difference. Finally arrived in LA at 7.35am, ...

        ... some seals frolicked in the water and it was still.

        We stayed there for quite a while just enjoying the experience before slowly making our way out of the narrow passage.

        Dinner tonight was at Triton's - the fanciest of the three restaurants and food was in a French style.

        ... fans just dont seem to hit everyone when there is 200 people waiting around for their flight. Eventually we found somewhere to eat, the food looked really expensive but I had 3 hungry kids so I give in and order a small peperoni pizza ( no mushrooms no olives) a side of chips and 4 cans of lemonade. And $70 later we sat at a table and waited. The chips arrived first they looked fine. Then came our mushroom and peperoni pizza. Not just big mushys mind you ...
