After a non-eventful flight we finally arrived in Johannesburg ready for our holiday to begin. We were joking about my bag smelling bad, as I had bought some fresh fish for my dad and exiting the aircraft we could smell wet carpet so both of us had the giggles all the way in, lol.

Passport control was a breeze and in no time at all we had 3 of the 4 bags, including HMS Pegasus which survived the flight very well, yay!!

... pass, which was really such a pity as those who have not ridden this pass before did not see any of the beautiful scenery in what must rate as one of the top 5 passes in SA.

Something we did notice today was that the goats, cattle & sheep have right of way on the roads and that the local drivers do not switch their headlights on while driving in rain & mist.
