Chinese cooking is my favorite class in China. Yili also teaches that. We make a dish and then we eat it. Then we cook another! Today we made four dishes; Ma Po Doufu, Tomato Soup, Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce, and Stir-Fried Greens. I was amazed at the simplicity of the foods.
