... in an area where no one speaks English. Surprisingly, the cab driver knew the place we were talking about and was able to get us there rather quickly. The hotel was in walking distance, to a different smaller bus station that was behind it. The Teddy Bear Hotel- which is actually a hostel had pretty high ratings on tripadvisor and did not disappoint; it wasn't creepy at all (after I put the teddy bear in the closet- not completely convinced there was no camera inside). Visit to Du Fu Cottage
... is an archaeological as well as literary history site which commemorates the great Chinese poet Du Fu and other early Chinese poets including a sort of emo female poetess.
I also took a short video of this Chinese dude playing a musical instrument at the Buddha pagoda. He was really putting down some sounds!

Chengdu - Day 6-7 - The Classes
