... to be an enjoyable stay. I now feel more comfortable about staying in hostels in the future. After breakfast, we went back to the promenade where we were last night. We arrived in the midst of a "Pram-athon". There were families with prams everywhere. We were also standing on "The Avenue of Stars", Hong Kong's equivalent to the walk of fame in LA. ...

Well today was the final day, final day also for cramming more stuff into our already overloaded bags, we had until 12noon to be out of our room but Nikki decided that she still had things to buy, but most of the shops only opened at 11-11.30am which meant we were hanging around waiting. We had put our bags in the hotel storage so luckily we didn't have to drag the bags around. When the shops finally opened, the girls were happy ...

... folks haven't fallen down as they've turned so far around to stare at us. Some of the kids called out to Mia and asked her why she hadn't been to school. According to what Mia told the guide, some of the kids made fun of her because she did not have any parents. Being an orphan is a stigma here she could not have gotten away from. All the children that are orphans here are given the same last name, so everyone ...
