Very easy to get lost, which we did, wandering through the lanes and alleys lined with stalls making and selling beautiful handcrafts and knick-knacks.

Tiger Leaping Gorge
... that we came to the Tiger Leaping Gorge during off-season. The view-point platform was very tiny and had a sign in front of it, asking each tourist to pay 8 Yuan (1 Euro) for access. About a lovely old town and fantastic walk

Lijiang: Old China with New Nougaty Filling
