Off to Heathrow for a flight down south
... after some ribs for me and potato skins for Deb, were on the plane which leave pretty much on time, waiting for drinks was a bit like waiting for a bus but inevitably after an hour, two turn up at once, happy holidays. Later that same night...... Not sure what's going on, looks like the chosen few got fed, but we weren't part of that elitist group, ah well, looks like the one AM drinks are on there way, Ooh, and there's food too, and as good as it gets for airline ...
Back home again
... was quick, the luggage waiting for us (very impressive) and we just straight onto the Heathrow Express. This got us nicely into paddington to connect with the 1806 so we were back in Home by 2130 tired but glad we had made that train as the next we 2 hours later.
All in all a fantastic holiday which went like clockwork and we both enjoyed every second. Thanks for everyone who commented, we read them with great interest and the odd laff.

Brake issues ...
... don't work at all, and it was less of a problem when it rained hard as that probably cooled things down slightly, but it was getting more and more of a problem.
So.... we stopped in a garage and while I bought biscuits, wine and a bag of toffees, Nick jacked up the car and went to work on the brakes.

Sidmouth and a night with some old friends was our destination.
