First thing we went to Liberty Stadium to pick up the tickets for the Swansea games against Norwich and Middlesborough. Phil (the man who Jono managed to organise tickets through) took us behind the scenes and into Liberty Stadium itself! We were both chuffed and had our photo taken. ... that much for the tickets to begin with! To chew through time we went into the cafe in the lobby and had a coffee. We got chatting to a nice English lady who had the same idea of passing time while waiting as well. We had a lovely soup for lunch in the cafe before heading to the bus. ... took some pictures. In the evening James cooked up the leftover lamb in a lovely curry, and also made a lentil potato veggie one. We ordered in naan and papadums to go with the curries and it was great!! For pudding Tanzie baked another crumble with the leftover crumb mixture and apples. This morning we are heading off for a walk around Minehead. Apparently there are loads of great walks around the countryside. Nana and Pop always tell me about this place, so strange being here without them..

One of the women, whom I’d met on the Thames Path walk last April, had kindly picked me up at the Swansea train station on arrival and drove me on departure day to the Cardiff station. That helped me avoid long bus connections. Thanks, Allison!
