More in hope than anticipation ...

Setting up the business has begun to address the biggest barrier - lack of finance. If plan A materialises in the next year I should be able to go away and leave the house to earn my living. Caring for my nearest and dearest is more of a challenge than a barrier. Tiggy ...

Week 6 - Back to school...

A travel blog entry by jaspers_life on Nov 09, 2014

As you could probably guess from the title of this entry, I went back to school last week. *plays sad music* In less depressing news, how is it in Australia? Nice and sunny and warm? Jason had won a twitter competition at his work a month or so before which meant we had 300/basically an all expenses paid trip to swan about for five nights. Bristol was the first of the hotels paid for from the kitty & from there we managed to spread out the rest of the winnings in Bath ...

... around a few paddocks (I know they are fields over here) and rode around in his Mule and saw an amazing beautiful farm. and then the rain started. That put a bit of a dampner on proceedings but by now it was about 4pm and we got taken in for a cuppa. His wife pauline had the cricket on so you know where the conversation headed then. All good though. Our GPS got us safely back to our friends at the end of the day.
