So we left Cornwall and followed a huge, yellow gibbous moon. Saw the sun rise over Stonehenge. The mist pooled and we wondered - briefly - why were leaving beautiful south-west England.

Car park cost £51.40 On the M11...A10...A505 (Royston, Baldock)...A1...Hatfield Tunnel...M25 Stopped at the Oxford "Services" -(Starbucks, Burger King etc); we shared a BLT sandwich, mum had coffee and I had an iced frappé = $20 - nothing like having a "captive" audience! There are mobile food and drink vans at road sidings that are on the side of the road ...

... was pretty cool. It started with half price cocktails which all occupants were taking full advantage of. In the middle of the room was a large circular dance floor that was soon occupied by a muscular brazilian man sporting a full head of dreads, a tank top and a cowboy hat. He played the bongos spectacularly i've got to say. Next up was a couple doing the samba. After dancing for the audience, they invited others to join them on the dance floor...and obviously ...
