... like a steamroller (no pun intended, get it, steam?). That heat and humidity got increasingly more oppressing as I waited for an hour to get through immigration control and then waited an additional 90+ minutes for my luggage to come. My flight had been scheduled to arrive at 7:40pm Ghanaian time (4 hours ahead of the East coast for reference), but I didn't get into the airport lobby until around 11:30pm so many panicked thoughts that the person I ...

This afternoon we got a lady to take us to a seamstress. I have

We planned on going to a catholic church with a girl from 6 to 8 am since we were supposed to be picked up at 10 am by R.V.O. and the other masses took about 4 to 5 hours which is just a tick too long for our taste. So we got up at 5, put on our nice dresses and stood in front of the house at 6. Time passed and the ...

... attention already after we indirectly started this fight. But how nice of this stranger to help us, eh? After we found the bus that would take us to Kumasi, we sat down and after 10 minutes in an empty bus we asked the boy when the bus would be leaving? "When it's full". Ok cool. So we waited. An hour passed and it became 8 am. We waited while a Ghanese soap opera on the bus-television was blasting in max volume. (Did you ever put your tv on max volume at home? ...
