... thing I could find on the menu which was traditional afternoon tea. Tea served in china and bites that came out on a tiered platter made me almost cry. SO CUTE. I had my choice of sandwich, it came with a little salad (my tomatoes made another appearance), a choice of cake-I went with the fluffiest I could find which was a Victoria Sponge, also lemon bars and a homemade scone with a heaping serving of cream and jam. ughhhhh so goooood. Quiet day, just us. The four of us went for a walk along the seafront in the morning, it was very cold and windy. Marni, wanted to wear her sparkly skipping shoes. What to do?
