... overnight in a shipping container decked out like a hotel room (en suite and all) and went to the airport the next day to hire a car. When I grow up, I'm going to be a hire car insurer because those guys must make a killing. But that's another story... Onwards to the Lake District where we managed to get a room just outside Ambleside in a hostel. But Jo, one of Julia's cousins texted Julia "still on for a drink at the pub at 3pm" Julia texted back "no make it 4.30" so god we had to get our act together and go get ready for more drinking! We felt too **** to eat anything, so we both just had a bread roll. When we arrived there both Julia and I were taking it slow, but then at about 8pm one of Julia's nephews (not on our ...
