... a friendly, supportive and fun crowd, or whether I have just been lucky with Scuba Scene back home and Big Fish Diving here in Lembongan. We had great laughs as well as enjoying some serious diving. It's just as well we got on well considering we had all gone for a wee in each other's company all week! Etiquette is, of course, to not wee in the wetsuit. This isn't the UK after all, you don't need the warmth provided by weeing in the wetsuit. The waters here are 27 degrees! So practice ...

There were moments where I was paddling to get behind the waves with everyone else in the line up when I thought I was going to get caught and slammed. As I paddled like hell I went up the face of the wave and clipped its tip shooting ...

... day of culture overload. Also on the trip we stopped at an indonesian house to see from the inside what it's like to live in the countryside. Third world for sure.
Then a trip to the Monkey Forest. They were everywhere. All ages and sizes, looking for handouts. They are fun to watch, but a little scary when they hop onto you unsuspecting.

Surf has been 3-4 foot daily minimum still. Though at that ...
