... it doesn't have enough lift on beginner waves to "take me" and let me surf. I'm convinced that I simply need to ride bigger waves! Kinda makes sense right... proportionally, bigger men should ride bigger waves! If you could see the gashes and reef rashes we've already got from the beginner waves... I'd hate to see what the big waves can inflict! So far I've caught about 5 or 6 waves that had enough pull to let me attempt to stand up... with maybe half of those riding for ...

... side the Yoga session after was awesome. Pulled off my first ever independent headstand. As I balanced on my head I felt like I was was one step closer to becoming a Yogi. My instructor was very impressed. She's awesome.
I'm going to a writing workshop in October in Ubud. I have signed up for three sessions. Writing Fiction, Travel Writing and Stretching the Truth to Make a Good Story.
... is very expensive. We stop off at Reef where we eventually chat to a British lady who had been serving some French at the Dive shop I think. She is utterly annoying. "We're full, people have booked since March and to come about diving at 6 o'clock when we're closing and in High Season." She then proceeded to ask other people when they had booked... February btw. I started walking away and the gall she keeps talking. I should have told her some people are more impromptu than booking ...
