... would just stay in one town. The point of noting this difference is so that you can better imagine the looks of ridicule that we received when we told Kiwis that we would be driving from Blenheim to Wanaka in one day. That's a distance of about 900km, which is of course a long drive, but one that most, if not all Americans have done, and would do. By this time we were about ready for a drink, so we went to the café and got a bottle of water a hot drink and a cake each. At the tables there were various puzzles so keep boredom at bay.

After the maze place we went about 5km down the road to The National Transport and Toy Museum. The museum is spread over 4 large buildings containing over 50000 toys more than 600 ...

... rain finally stopped so we went out to dry and air everything out. I happened to look at Geoff's phone and it was Patrick telling me that my mom found my phone and here was the contact info for the lady that found it! I couldn't believe my luck, and she was literally 5 minutes from where we were staying. We hurried over to their accommodations and I was able to get my phone back!!! After a really stressful day it was nice to have things work out.
