Hej everyhopa :-)
Hoppas ni har det bra, för det har vi :-) Sist vi skrev så skulle vi ut till Bako National Park för några nätter i djungeln och så blev det.
Tanken var att vi skulle åka tidigt ut och ha hela första dan att vandra lite men Tomas hade ätit något olämpligt så vi sköt på resan några timmar och tog sedan en taxi …
After the Mulu caves we returned to Kuching, and stayed at the same serviced apartment which we had stayed in for 2 nights before we went to Mulu. It was nice to know the place, and know that we would be returning to lovely clean sheets, actual towels, a pool, gym, and air con 24/7. We really liked Kuching. It has lovely clean wide streets, with big trees growing on the sides or in the center of the streets. There is ...
... camera ($1AUD). We did a quick run around, not looking at anything, just taking pictures and hoping they turn out okay. Quickly head back out and the taxi and its driver are nowhere to be seen! GRRRRR. We see a bay of taxis though and contemplate getting one of those. Better not, here comes our taxi. We told him that we wanted to go to The Springs Shopping Mall and he took us there, the fee totaling $30AUD. What an expensive free museum that was!

Lovely place were you can relax :-) Very nice staff and good food. We spent 4 nights and we did som trekking round Mount Santubong and walked around the small Village Santubong. If you want to have some quiet and calm moments - go here :-)
