    ... as my last pair was found. This one a little smaller but still the perfect fit. Even better news is I managed to run even further repairs on my old jandals, so all is well.

    Croatia has been amazing, Dubrovnik was definitely my favourite of the 2 destinations as I found that in Hvar there was less to do. However it is going to be amazing to see something new. I just love how central these countries are and how companies offer one day excursions ...

    ... to worry about Ken as he had already done the first long hill, now was in for another long stretch of up. Tyler, our other lead, assured me that if he needed a boost, he would get it.

    ... give it a miss, We found a little pizza place for lunch. The food in Croatia is not that nice so we thought pizza was a safe option. The restaurant overlooked the harboured where there were some very expensive boats moored! Back to the room for a sleep unlike we were worked by music from the Town Square where they had set up a band. We had a quick bite to eat here for dinner and then into bed for an early night.     Having decided to head to Vis we don't get away early enough so head up to Hvar with plans of taking shelter in the small Pakleni Islands opposite the main harbour as strong southerly winds due over night. A fab sail down wind all the way and we pull into the anchorage all ready for a cheeky glass of wine but not to be!! 3 Attempts at anchoring, 2 near hits ...

    ... the throngs! . Food. The specialty seems to be food cooked "under the Bell" which seems to equate to covered barbecues. Never felt like a gourmet experience though. Perhaps we were missing something? But we enjoyed eating outside every evening with a cold beer watching the beautiful sunsets. .
