I'll finish with some photos from our train trip to Kolkata from Chennai, a 27-hour marathon! The time went by, and I got out for a stretch at almost every stop (and there were a LOT of stops!). I love watching the human activity at every station! Fascinating.
The extent of the farmland is staggering, and impressive. I guess it has to be if India is to feed it's over-one billion people!!
