Final Day on Bali
... me, completely unharmed. I was so relieved to have escaped from this drama unharmed financially or physically!
Farewell dinner was just so-so -- a fish feast on the beach. It was touristy and the fish were overcooked and bony. But we enjoyed our last hours together in a great setting out in the fresh air with the sound of the surf and Balinese music.
Up early tomorrow. Gotta pack!

I lit them one by one, but by the time I got to the last one, the first one had already burned down to the point where it was dribbling wax all over the expensive piece of decorative furniture. Put in some long hours and took in samui, flew lanterns for Claires birthday, partied at full moon, saw phi phi and enjoyed ko lanta and will never forget kats weird skin thing which was a little scary and the plastic cockroach!! Then back to Bangkok where we did a packed day of sightseeing and Lucy and lauren got Bangkok ...
