... can't really comment on budget at this point. It is certainly way cheaper than living in Canberra but we are buying so many 'one offs' that it is impossible to make an accurate assessment at this point. Plus, we are living in a marina paying mooring fees, power and water so that is a lot more expensive that otherwise. In February we will keep a bit better track and let you know what it is costing.
