First I gotta say I don't even know where to begin. We have come so far, not so much geographically but literally speaking. Been too long since we posted as well but I can honestly say that there has not been time or when there was time we had no internet or it was so sporadic that we could not reliably use it.

... saw over the 5 open water dives. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the 1,000 + different species and variations of fish that inhabit the Andaman sea sooooo… I will merely name the ones that fascinated me the most. We were privileged enough to sight a leopard shark, a sea horse, cuttlefish, scorpion fish, a stunning array of eels, a black tip shark, nudibranchs, sergeant-majors, squid, thorn-crowned sea star, ...

... for a bit of WW1 history but after talking to a very helpful tourist information lady, and due to the protests that had been happening we were advised to avoid having to go back into Bangkok which we would of had to do so we made the decision to skip Kanchanaburi and head straight towards the coast for some beach and relaxation time- oh go on then :-)

... that we spent the afternoon on the beach with. Everyone was eating something different and I found it a great opportunity to try some new things. I tried some squid vegetable balls, "chicken," corn and noodles. A lot of hit and miss. We retreated to the hostel to find at least 20 people taking shelter inside from the water. Phuket was exciting but I'm ready to leave. I'm hoping Phi Phi is going to meet my expectations and that Songkran festivities will continue ...
