Back across the water and the trek to the MTR station to get us back to Fortress Hill and our afternoon tea. This is included in the price so we stuff ourselves liberally with delightfully presented sandwiches, macaroons and little scones with cream and jam. Last night we returned to the lounge in the evening where, for 2 hours, the drinks are also free- beer too, so Ted was very happy!

The duck bones in the oven were smelling divine, so to them we added a pint of red wine.
