We all met outside this incredibly fancy restaurant (the Casino--not like Las Vegas casinos, but more like social clubs), and took an obnoxious amount of group photos, selfies and final shots with friends. When we finally ended up going inside this restaurant--which was the most upscale place I've ever been in (and probably ever will be in)--we were escorted to one of the most fancy dining halls ...

She was super eager to practice her English with us, and since Mary Hunter doesn't speak much Spanish, I conceded to speaking mostly English in today's shadowing experience. Several other sites had been built to varying levels and clearly stopped when the cash ran out leaving broken hearts and loosing thousands of euros for the unlucky investors. ... soup, fried cheese with honey and basil sauces, huge plates of chicken and ribs, and then finished the whole thing off with some cake. The people around me were mostly vegetarians, so I got to eat a lot of ribs and chicken--practically all of it actually--so by the time we got to the bus I was so full I felt like I was going to throw up. It was so cool to meet our new fellows, and I loved going to the beach and seeing the mountains, so I had ...
