    ... bryan and jason. Pretty excited to see them, thats about 3/4s of a year since iv seen them. Again the airport is pretty easy and for transportation each mode of transport is on a seperate level. First thing i see is a bloody boots shop. They are everywhere.     ... are as large as any I have seen, if I had to pick out a single criticism it would be that the big cats needed more space. So yes, there are areas for improvement but it is the only zoo I have visited where I have not come away distraught by the condition of the enclosures or animals.     As forewarned this was a short day day, as we dropped back down into the valley to Taglung
    We then continued south, following the Modi Khola to the prosperous village of Ghandruk. The trailed dropped through several villages as it returned to Nayapul. The whole way back there was a bitter sweetness to each turn. We were leaving the mountains we have grown to love. We stopped for tea and pictures along our way.

    I got up at my usual early time, but the group wasn't meeting until 9:00 for our city tour, so I spent time exploring our small hotel, enjoyed a pot coffe and a pot of tea over a lovely hot breakfast, until the others straggled down, still weary from their long days travel yesterday.
