So it was pack up and ship out day for us on Tuesday 3rd September. After more Monday shopping (Daemon, you said you wouldn't...) and some go-carting, Graeme went to the athletes' closing ceremony and dinner, swapping a much-coveted-by-all-the-other-athletes 2XU training shirt for a Canadian team bike jacket - cool! Our efforts to book online over the last week have been ...

The suspension bridge is much smaller than the popular Capilano Suspension Bridge, though still impressive and free. There are in fact, several trails in Lynn Canyon Park. The Twin Falls Loop Trail is a ...

It's Tuesday and we can see clearly now the rain has gone…..! The skies are blue at last although it’s still cool. As first time visitors to Vancouver there are a few things we are supposed to do and Capilano Forest Park and Grouse Mountain are two of them.

We caught the bus from our apartment all the way to the park…..public transport is so easy here.

The park is beautifully done with a path that runs along a cliff ...
