So I found out that Americans definitely celebrate Halloween alot more than Europeans. No one was very excited for it. I made some homemade decorations to make our apartment a little more festive, but those were the only decorations I saw.

... slides basically everything you ever needed plus more. There was a DJ with music, lasers and strobes going all night. Lots of people were in and out of the water all night dancing to the music or hanging out at the bar. It was nuts, but totally worth it. They had a big pool deck that usurped the place, with hot tubs everywhere. Note to self, hot tubs in Estonia are not "hot" by any standard, most should be renamed "lukewarm" tubs, but they make up for it ...
