After getting up and showered as usual we sat back to have a cup of coffee (andy) and tea (Emma) and Emma partnered these with some left over bacon and eggs from the extremely lack lustre carbonara that we cooked last night (I'll warn you all that Barilla gluten free is quite terrible). Our new home is deep in the highlands of Provence, in the midst of vineyards, lavender fields and olive groves — all surrounded by the quaint hillside towns of Bonnieax, La Coste, Menerbes and others. The home is wonderful, a fully restored chateau, with beautiful furnishings, a lovely swimming pool and great views ...
