... cool. The cathedral was rebuilt by Christopher Wren, is one of the larger structures I have seen, and holds some of the most ornately painted ceilings I have seen too. It had checkered floor tiles, monuments, and paintings dating back hundreds of years. Of course, photography inside is not really allowed, but you can find great pictures on their website: http://www.stpauls.co.uk/Cathedral-Hist ory/Explore-the-Cathedral/Walk-the-Cath ...

Once we were boarded and the plane started taxiing we found out why the one hour flying tine flight is a one hour 40 flight. - the queue for the runway. No wonder both Heathrow and Gatwick want to build an extra runway.

It is going to make a nice change to get away just the two of us without the dog - doesn't happen that often, so it will be all the more special! Dropping Bailey off at Mum's and then off into London!

Borough market is a foodie's heaven! Wandered around looking at all the food stalls and had a fresh limeade with mint - yummy. Paul's face when he had a sip was hilarious. He had a raspberry lemonade and we shared a baked cheesecake.
