    ... to add water and weight then sold to us. The offal and trimmings wings feet etc end up on Thai plates. The bones and any other bits are ground up as chicken mince. You can have hours of fun identifying the meats in this photo some are obvious but every one is some form of "meat" or "fish"! Just as I'm about to upload this we seem to be due a big thunder storm, they can be quite impressive and there is that big tropical some way off to the East that may come this way... how exciting ...

    ... a group of children a local play area 10 minutes walk away. I've never seen children so delighted by swings before! They couldn't stop laughing. It was obviously a real treat for them and not something they would normally get to experience. I just wanted to take them home and look after them!     This morning we had to get up pretty early and have a quick breakfast before we got on a bus to head to Chang Rai. The bus trip was about 3.5 hours and we had a stop over at a place called 'Cabbages and Condoms'. The place was designed to educate young people with sexual education. We grabbed some ice creams and I bought a flower made out of a condom.
