... m planning on going North to Nong Khoi for a few nights and then take a slow boat to Muang Ngoi Neua. Another traveler told me that it was stunning here so I&#8217;m going to test it out. She said also that there was no internet service or ATM machines. Each day I&#8217;ve been trying to take out money from the ATM machines but you max out at $70 a day.
