Lifes a Beach
Night buses seem like they are a great idea at the time; they are a cheap nights accommodation that you will wake up at your destination feeling refreshed. In reality, they are cramped, uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep on as the road conditions make it a very jerky and bumpy ride. The lights were put on twice throughout the morning and …

We were collected from our guesthouse by a minibus and then deposited at some clapped out old banger of a bus at the company's bus station. It was like something left over from the 70s which, I suppose in retrospect it may be. I shot an anxious glance at Jeremy in anticipation of the bumps that lay ahead, but he had already shot off ahead of me to …

Paradise.
No fancy story here... Just an amazing ocean view a stone's throw from our front door, lazy days with $3 seafood dinners, blue sky, white sand and clear water. Just what we needed, a holiday from our holiday. No plans to leave anytime soon...
Our next adventure? JD wants to rent a Hobie Cat and sail us to a nearby island for an overnight stay. Cue Gilligan's Island them song...

rubbish, we paid more to stay here so we could have all the facilities such as a tv, aircon hot water etc. this area is prone to power cuts and everywhere has a generator but on our only night here there was another cut and they refused to tuen the generator on after 9:30pm because it cost them too much...but we paid more to stay here....stay elsewhere you get more for your money, we could not even get water after 10pm because they refused to switch on the generator.
