    ... up pretty quick and I ended up with the two other Aussies and our us tour leader. The night got out of hand very quickly then because shot rounds started. But the most amazing thing was that each pub we went into was so very different. We hit up an Irish pub, a karaoke bar, and a few other places that were good fun.     ... till 3.30pm & would highly recommend it for a visit. It's quite a drive & if we could do it again we would've stayed longer & taken advantage of the tours they offer such as night party cruises, snorkelling, jet ski hire, fishing etc. Then we headed towards Miami & started ringing camp grounds.     We asked our waitress the best place to see the sunset and she pointed us in the direction of the roof top bar of La Concha, a Crown Plaza hotel in Duval Street, that at 7 storeys high is the tallest building on the island. Unfortunately there was cloud on the horizon tonight so the sunset was less intense. We stayed after dark to watch the nearly full moon rise from the opposite direction.

    Now, Old Town is only two blocks from our Marina/boat slip. That is where all the tourist walk up and down........(and stop for their cocktails). It is always crowded, just like Burbon Street in N.O. But right before you get to Duvall (the main street), there is a CVS. We have almost found everything at the CVS.     ... takes a 90 minute tour, first along Duval and Whitehead, then off to the Navy launch site. They tell you about local history, interesting buildings and the like, but the meat of the trip is about an hour in the water heading up the west and north sides of the island. *COOL*
