    We started the day eating breakfast at the Hotel. We then went to get Bikes at Youngs Bike Shop (founded in 1930). This was recommended by the hotel and Theron, Marinn's cousin. They were super efficient, had great equipment. and were very nice. We struck out on a (aggressive) bike ride.     ... is a sign on the Cape Air desk that says they will not have an agent here til 1 hour before the flight. So much for getting to the airport 2 hours prior.
