      Captivating Cape Cod

... the inner harbour for a beer while I enjoyed an icecream!! The narrow streets filled with interesting shops & galleries & were unique & delightful to stroll around. It was another gem of a find for us as we had no idea what was waiting for us on Cape Cod. I have to say though I would hate it in the summer as there is only one main road in & out of the Cape and very little parking space at the beaches!

It wasn't until she emerged at the end that I could see she was riding one of those mobility scooters. Suffice it to ...

Supper was a toss-up between Seafood Sam's, Wok n Roll or the Jerk Café. Which would you choose? The crab salad at Seafood Sam's won the day! An early night in prospect again as darkness puts an end to anything but eating or TV.

      To Gay Head and back

... road instead. We then headed off to the far western end of MV, the town of Aquinnah, until recently known as Gay Head. I won't make the requisite joke, but I'll note we did see a rainbow colored bumper sticker saying "It's still Gay Head to me!" which you can draw your own conclusions from. The actual headland and lighthouse are still called Gay Head, and that was our ultimate destination, since it's essentially the only place in the town to get ...
