... tour focused on the Beatles' solo careers and I appreciated that the displays characterized each member with words like "hero" and "philanthropist". I thought that this was a nice finish to the tour as it reinforced that even though the group was so important to others, The Beatles were four individuals with their own interests and desires. After just seeing the part of the exhibit devotes to the band's break-up, this was a logical finish.

... The spiral stones staircases were also a challenge to get down! Our kids HAD to stop at the knight shop before we left and many of them purchased daggers and swords. I'm sure their parents will be pleased. We had a two hour bus ride to our hotel in Crewe. This was only to get us closer to our next destination. The hotel was rather nice, but supper was not.
