... to work in slow motion! FYI...the fish was delicious :) A wander through The Empress Hotel (where the beautiful people stay!) and some of the local shops, had us exhausted and in need of a bubbles stop. (The bubbles were for medicinal purposes only!) A good people watching vantage point at the local Irish pub had us revitalised and ready for more walking. A yummy dinner at a local organic restaurant called Ulla was the start of a long night!! ...

... 11:00 p.m. with a connection in Chicago, so they weren't getting home until about 9:00 a.m. on Monday! Yikes, I was so glad that wasn't me!!

We met up with our tour group and scored a front row seat on the tour bus....and off we went to explore the Island of Vancouver, which is where the city of Victoria is located. It's a beautiful city--very clean and breathtaking views of the water, mountains & homes. ...

From the gardens we were taken into Victoria and had a guided tour. Gordo dropped us off at the Chateau Victoria Hotel. We checked in and our room number is 1210. The room is fantastic. It had a lovely king sized bed, desk, table and chairs, kitchenette, bathroom and a safe!! So much better then our previous room.
